How to log out of Instagram on your phone
1. With the Instagram app open on your iPhone or Android phone, tap on the circle in the lower right corner of the screen, it will be your user profile picture.
2. Tap on the three parallel horizontal lines in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. On the pop-up menu, tap on Settings.
4. Tap Sign Out at the bottom of the next screen, you may need to scroll down a bit.
