If you are using Google Chrome as your web browser, you must have noticed the “Popup blocked” message in the address bar, while Chrome by default blocks popups from appearing automatically on your screen, you may keep getting them which can be annoying.
This happens because you may have previously opted in to receive notifications from a website.

Change default settings for pop-ups and redirects (PC)
Open Chrome on your desktop/PC.
Click More then Settings.
Click Privacy and Security, then Site Settings, then Pop-ups and Redirects.
Choose the option you want as default.
